This month tea is a very famous blend: the English Breakfast blend. This blend has a very important history and one day we will give it a full in-depth article, but for this month let's try a variant I found at my local tea shop.

Details

General information: a blend of indian black teas.
Composition: Assam FTGFOP, Ceylon and Black Congou (unknown ratio).
Temp: 100°C.
Quantity: 1 or 1/2 teaspoon for cup.
Time: 3 to 5 minutes.

Should bitterness require to be adjusted, we recommend you play around with quantities or time, leaving temperature unchanged.
